E. Joseph Grady Senior Vice President and CFO joined the Company in March 2005 and has more than 25 years of financial, operational and administrative experience. His previous positions included serving as Senior Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Texas Petrochemicals Holdings, Inc., Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Forcenergy Inc. and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pelto Oil Company. Mr. Grady is also a managing director of Vision Fund Advisors, Inc., a financial advisory firm he co-founded in 2001 that provides financial advisory and capital raising services to development-stage companies. Mr. Grady started his career with Touche Ross & Co., predecessor to Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Grady received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Louisiana State University and is a certified public accountant. |
