Joseph (Joe) F. Hubach was elected senior vice president and general counsel of Texas Instruments in January 2000. He assumed the responsibility of corporate secretary in April 2000.
Mr. Hubach was appointed vice president and assistant general counsel of TI in 1998 and most recently managed the commercial legal team assigned to the Application Specific Products division within the Semiconductor Group.
He joined TI in 1984 and has held numerous assignments within the TI Law Department, including a posting in Tokyo, Japan from 1990-93.
Mr. Hubach earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1983 and his B.A. from John Carroll University in 1980. He is a member of the American, Texas and Ohio bar associations.
Mr. Hubach serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Greater Dallas Chamber. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Institute for Law and Technology, a division of the Center for American and International Law. He is also a member of the John Carroll University Board of Regents. |
