Joseph F. Whinery, Jr. joined Cameron & Mittleman LLP in 1990 and has been a partner of the firm since 1992. He represents closely held business entities in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, financing and succession planning. In addition, he advises clients on commercial real estate matters. Clients include manufacturing companies, financial service companies and shopping center and other commercial real estate developers and owners. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Whinery was an Associate and Partner at Edwards & Angell LLP and has served as an executive officer of an equipment leasing company and wholesale millwork distributor. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1967 and the University of Michigan Law School in 1970. Mr. Whinery is a Director of AAA Southern New England and has served as a Board member of a number of Rhode Island educational and other non-profit organizations. |
