JOSEPH G. SOLARI joined the Company as Managing Director, Acquisitions, in May 2007. Before joining Ventas, Mr. Solari was a Director, Healthcare Corporate Finance, with Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, an international investment bank, where he provided a wide range of services to healthcare clients, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, financial opinions and financial restructurings from 1999 to 2007. Previously, Mr. Solari also held the positions of Associate and Vice President of Investment Banking for Everen Securities, Inc., now Wachovia Securities, from 1993 to 1999. Mr. Solari received a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, and M.B.A. in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University. (DOB: April 14, 1964) |
