Joe was previously a Managing Director and the Global Head-M&A Business Development at Citigroup. Prior to joining Salomon Smith Barney in 2001, he had been a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. While at DLJ, he was the co-head of its M&A Business Development Group. Prior to that, he has worked at The Bridgeford Group, Prudential Securities, Kidder, Peabody & Co., American Maize-Products and Price Waterhouse. Joe has been actively engaged in the M&A field since 1979, assisting corporate clients and LBO firms in a wide range of M&A and financing transactions. He has taught a course on mergers and acquisitions as an Adjunct Professor at the NYU Stern School of Business and is the author of two books on M&A, including Mergers & Acquisitions: A Valuation Handbook. Joe is a graduate of the College of William & Mary and has received a JD from the Fordham School of Law and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is a certified public accountant. |
