Joseph H. Mikes is Director of Development for First Industrial�s Central region, where he oversees development and construction projects for First Industrial and its corporate customers. He has more than 20 years of experience in development and construction, having served most recently as Senior Vice President of Development for First Industrial�s Chicago region. Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Mikes was Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Grubb and Ellis Company in the Chicago region. Prior to that, he headed the Chicago region for ProLogis Trust as Market Officer. In addition, he spent more than 10 years with Opus Corporation as Senior Director developing industrial buildings, business parks and office buildings in the Midwest and Florida. Mr. Mikes received his BS in Finance and MBA from the University of Illinois. |
