Mr. Miller is a seasoned investment banker in the field of media and entertainment. As a Managing Director of Europlay Capital Advisors, he heads up principal and advisory assignments in the field. Prior to co-founding this firm, Mr. Miller was a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin's Entertainment & Media Industries Group. While at Houlihan Lokey, he serviced such clients as Warner Bros., EMI Group Plc., Chrysalis Music, Sony Pictures, DreamWorks, Village Roadshow, Alliance Atlantis Communications, and Constantin Film among dozens of other clients. Mr. Miller has expertise in music, film, television, broadcasting and enabling technologies.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Miller was Vice President of Corporate Development at Alliance Communications Corporation, Canada's largest producer and distributor of filmed entertainment. During his four years at Alliance, Mr. Miller was integral to Alliance's worldwide expansion and was involved in various mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings and strategic planning. Other entertainment industry experience includes three years as a financial officer of New Visions Entertainment Corporation, as well as long-term consulting arrangements at both Twentieth Century Fox and Warner Bros.
Mr. Miller earned his Bachelors of Science in Economics/Business from UCLA.
