Joseph Brogan, 68, has 45 years of experience in the insurance industry and is the founder of Brogan Insurance Agency located in Bayonne. Mr. Brogan is the former head of the State Farm Agents Association and is a current member of the Knights of Columbus and the Fraternal Order of Elks.
