J. Joseph Burgess, 50, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Burgess has over 25 years experience in the water, energy, and petrochemical industries. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Veolia Water North America, a subsidiary of the French company Veolia Environnement SA. He worked previously with Ogden Projects (later renamed Covanta), a subsidiary of Ogden Corporation, a diversified holding company, and Monsanto Company, an agricultural biotechnology corporation.
