Joe Humke provides corporate and securities counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings and corporate finance. He has represented a host of clients operating across a broad array of industries, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging growth businesses, venture capital and buy-out funds, investment banking firms, manufacturing companies and agricultural cooperatives.In addition to advising clients in connection with corporate and securities transactions, Joe also serves as outside general counsel to a number of privately-held companies, providing continuing advice with respect to corporate governance issues, structural matters and financings.Prior to joining Lindquist & Vennum, Joe worked at Mayer, Brown & Platt (now Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw) in Chicago. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable John L. Coffey on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. |
