Joseph J. Mezzanotte has been a director since 2003. He is a partner in the law firm of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston L.L.P. Mr. Mezzanotte has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1989. He has served in leadership roles in professional associations related to the practice of law. Mr. Mezzanotte also serves as an Officer and Director of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce.
