Mr. Ambrosio is a 1993 graduate New York Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Ambrosio has been an active member of the SAE for 12-years. His professional experience includes printed circuit board production, quality control and industrial engineering. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Ambrosio is a co-founder of Odyne Corporation (2001). Mr. Ambrosio's 12 years of experience in the alternative fuel transportation industry includes design, development, and integration of a variety of liquid and gaseous fuel systems, battery energy & thermal management, APU systems for HEVs (fuel cell, microturbine, ICE), and testing procedures. Mr. Ambrosio has authored a number of published technical reports on battery energy and thermal management for heavy and light duty electric vehicles. In addition to EV/HEV system integration and R&D, Mr. Ambrosio has worked closely with electric utilities on the east and west coast along with organizations such as EPRI, in alternative fuel vehicle development and drive system development and support programs |
