Joseph M. LaValle, Vice President of Sales, comes to SiRF with over 20 years of sales management for Intel, Digital equipment and 3M, with particularly strong expertise in the Asian market - a key market for SiRF having served eight years on assignment in Japan and China. Most recently, Joe was Director of Asia Pacific Sales for Intel's Communications Sales Organization. He also served as General Manager of the Communications and Embedded Sales Group at Intel Japan and Director of Asia Pacific Sales for Digital Equipment's Semiconductor Business.
