Joseph P. Bellino is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the company in 2006, Mr. Bellino was employed by Steel Technologies Inc., where he served as CFO and treasurer for nine years and was a member of the board of directors from 2002 to 2004. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Bellino was president of Beacon Capital Advisors Company, a consulting firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, valuations and executive advisory services. Fifteen years prior, Mr. Bellino held senior executive positions with a privately held holding company with investments in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Mr. Bellino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from Ohio State University. |
