Joseph P. Bradica concentrates his practice in the area of employment law and commercial litigation. He has successfully represented both individuals and corporate clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour matters, contract claims, enforcement of restrictive covenants, protection of trade secrets and collective bargaining.
Mr. Bradica also counsels employers in best practices, preparing employee handbooks and compliance issues. He also has significant commercial litigation experience including securities litigation, government contracts, casino gaming and general business disputes. Mr. Bradica regularly represents clients in the state and federal courts as well as at arbitrations and before private or self-regulatory organizations.
Recently Joseph has:
successfully represented a developer before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court;
successfully represented a developer at a Board of View;
successfully represented members of a class action filed pursuant to the Worker Adjustment Retraining Notification Act (WARN);
successfully represented an employer at an unemployment compensation hearing;
successfully represented a corporate client at an NASD arbitration proceeding. |
