Mr. Daly specializes in the practice of financial services and corporate law, including representation of financial services companies before federal and state regulatory agencies, such as the Federal Reserve Board, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Office of Thrift Supervision, Department of Treasury and state financial regulatory agencies.
Mr. Daly advises clients on such matters as licensing and chartering, activities and product expansion, geographic expansion, mergers and acquisitions and regulation of day-to-day operations. Mr. Daly also has represented clients in trial and appellate courts on financial services matters. Mr. Daly served as Managing Partner from 1996 to 2000.
