Mr. Hebert represents large creditors in significant workout, collection, foreclosure and bankruptcy matters in Louisiana and Texas. He has served as a Chapter 7 panel trustee in the Western District of Louisiana.In business litigation matters, he has considerable success in resolving transactional disputes. Mr. Hebert negotiates and litigates business disputes, buy-sell issues, buy-outs, employment contracts, will contests and other contractual matters. He advises and counsels clients facing corporate disputes, unusual contract situations and take-overs.Additionally, Mr. Hebert represents clients on regulatory enforcement issues and the Administrative Procedures Act before many agencies and departments in the State of Louisiana.He has considerable experience in utility regulation and project counsel, representing large industrial users of electricity and pipeline companies in regulatory proceedings. He also advises clients in telecommunications matters.
