Mr. Sullivan served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Protocare, Inc., a health care clinical trials and consulting organization, from March 2000 through March 2003. He was Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of American Health Properties, Inc. from 1993 until HCP's acquisition of American Health Properties in 1999. Mr. Sullivan currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Advisors of RAND Health and Vice Chairman of the Board of Advisors of the UCLA Medical Center Board of Advisors. He is a Director of Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a NASDAQ listed biopharmaceutical company engaged in the discovery, development and commercialization of drug candidates for the treatment of diabetes and other metabolic diseases, Covenant Care, Inc., a provider of long term care services and SCCI Hospitals, Inc., a specialty acute care hospital system. |
