Joe Dively is Senior Vice President and President of Telephone Operations in Illinois, with responsibility for Local Exchange Carrier operations as well as customer service, marketing, sales, business systems and field operations.
He joined Consolidated Communications Inc. in 1991 as Vice President and General Manager of Consolidated Market Response, a full-service teleservices and fulfillment company. He has also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Following Consolidated's merger with McLeodUSA, he served as Senior Vice-President of Sales.
In 1999, Dively was named Vice-President and General Manager of then Illinois Consolidated Telephone Co. In 2000, he was named to lead all Consolidated's subsidiaries including Operator Services, Public Services and Consolidated Market Response.
Dively serves on the boards of First Mid-Illinois Bancshares, Inc. the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, Sarah Bush Lincoln Health System and the Lincoln-Sargent Foundation. He is past president of the Charleston Area Chamber of Commerce.
Dively holds a B.S. in Business from Eastern Illinois University, where he is currently serving as chair of the business school advisory board and on the president's cabinet. He is also past president of the EIU Alumni Association. |
