Mr. Dudak is responsible for suppliers, capital projects, operations and maintenance management and services for ITCTransmission's assets company-wide. Prior to joining the company in April 2003, he worked as a management consultant to energy, utility and manufacturing clients. He retired from National Steel in 2001, where he held a variety of executive and management positions in energy and environmental affairs, purchasing, strategic sourcing, transportation, special projects and asset sales.
Mr. Dudak earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Western Michigan University, an MBA from Robert Morris University, and holds a lifetime Certified Purchasing Management (CPM) certification from the Institute for Supply Management. |
