Joseph S. Dimartino has served as a Director of the Company since November 1997. Mr. DiMartino has been Chairman of the Board of The Dreyfus Group of Mutual Funds since January 1995. Mr. DiMartino served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of The Dreyfus Corporation from October 1982 until December 1994. Mr. DiMartino also serves on the Board of Directors of the Newark Group; Levor International, Inc.; Sunair Services Corporation and The Muscular Dystrophy Association. |
