Mr. Casey has had a distinguished and multifaceted career with some of the most prestigious and well known corporations in America. Between 1963 and 1994 he was the Vice-Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Litton Industries, a $3.6 billion aerospace and defense company. Between 1994 and 1996 he was the CFO of Western Atlas, Inc. a global supplier of oil field information services and industrial automation systems with annual revenues of more than $2.5 billion. He has served on the Board and on the Audit Committees of Litton Industries, Inc., Baker Hughes Inc., and Pressure Systems, Inc. and has serve on the Board of a number of other corporations including UNOVA, Inc. Western Airlines, and Mclean Industries to name a few. At the Rand Corporation he served as a member of the Board of Overseers - Center for Russia and Asia. His other activities include being a member of the Board of Trustees and Vice Chair at Claremont McKenna College and member of Board of Trustees and a member of the Finance Committee at Don Bosco Technical Institute. Mr. Casey is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and California and resides in Encino California.
