Mr. Chrisinger serves as the Senior Vice President for the newly created Business Information and Technology Solutions (BITS) Division. He provides leadership for all client programs and service delivery efforts for KGS�s business systems analysis, planning and architecture; enterprise data management and knowledge management; data centered systems engineering; IT infrastructure, help desk, hardware/software support, and system administration; and web services. In prior roles, Mr. Chrisinger has served as KGS Deputy General Manager, assisting with all of KGS�s client relationships, business strategies, solutions and service offerings, partnerships, internal operations, and team of professional associates.
Mr. Chrisinger began his tenure with KGS and its predecessor, Pinkerton Computer Consultants Incorporated�s (PCCI) Government Solutions Division, in 1993 and was responsible for establishing KGS�s Center of Excellence Program, which included all of KGS�s service offerings and CMMI Level 3 activities for client contracts and internal processes. Mr. Chrisinger directed, led, and managed PCCI GSD to a CMMI Level 3 rating in 2004 and a CMM Level 2 certification in 2003. Other positions held during Mr. Chrisinger�s tenure were Vice President, Technical Director, where he was responsible for all of PCCI GSD�s contract support and Vice President, Group Manager of contracts with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), where he managed fifteen contracts with 90+ programmers, business analysts, managers, database administrators and data analysts on maintenance, new development, and data management projects that involved over a 100 mainframe, client/server, internet/intranet/extranet, and PC-based applications. Mr. Chrisinger has also managed client programs in support of the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (HHS/CMS), the Small Business Administration (SBA), and the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA).
In prior positions, Mr. Chrisinger�s experience included managing various projects at Price Waterhouse for a major telecommunications company, serving as a database administrator and leading the installation, pilot project, implementation, demonstration, training, monitoring, tuning, account management and technical consultation for Computer Associates software.
Mr. Chrisinger has more than 24 years of leadership, management and technical experience, with firsthand knowledge in all facets of KGS�s internal and client service operations. Mr. Chrisinger holds an MBA from the Executive MBA Program, George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science, Management Information Systems Concentration from Tennessee Technological University. |
