Joseph Contrucci Director Mr. Contrucci has over 30 years of law practice in the Washington, DC area, and elsewhere, specializing in government contracts, federal agencies, lobbying and business, corporate, tax and financial law as well as providing counsel to early, emerging tech start ups. He was a founding partner of Lester and Contrucci, a Washington DC firm for over 10 years. Currently, he represents private business clients as general counsel and is principal/manager of several privately held ventures. Mr. Contrucci holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of Finance, a J.D. from Georgetown University Law School, and an L.L.M. in taxation from New York University. He is a member of both the Virginia and Washington D.C. Bar Associations. |
