Joseph Gruttadauria is seasoned technology executive with over 23 years experience in various senior level roles for technology companies. Most recently, Gruttadauria has served as the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Centra responsible for overseeing Centra's professional consulting, and education services. Before joining Centra, Gruttadauria was director of customer services at SAP America, where he built and managed the worldwide customer service and support organization. In his role, Gruttadauria was a member of the executive management team responsible for guiding SAP through their explosive growth and expansion in the Americas. Prior to SAP, Gruttadauria was vice president of services and operations for SoftSwitch, Inc., a leading supplier of enterprise electronic mail backbone products, and a division of Lotus. Gruttadauria holds a master's degree in finance from Rochester Institute of Technology. He has a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Fredonia, and was an adjunct professor for the graduate school of business at Philadelphia University. |
