Mr. Hegenbart joined NorthMarq Capital in September 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES). Mr. Hegenbart currently serves as co-manager of NorthMarq�s Boston regional office. Previously, Mr. Hegenbart served as co-manger of LMRES/Spectrum Financial Boston regional office since July 2001 when LMRES merged Spectrum Financial Corporation into its operations. Mr. Hegenbart has been in the commercial mortgage banking business since 1975 when he joined Spectrum Financial Corporation. Prior to joining Spectrum Financial Corporation, Mr. Hegenbart gained experience in marketing, real estate development and management while working with State Street Bank and General Investment & Development Company. He earned his Undergraduate degree from The College of the Holy Cross and his MBA degree from Boston University. He also holds an Associate Broker real estate license in Massachusetts. |
