Joseph Hotard founded Hotard & Associates in 1997 and remains a driving force in the organization today. Prior to becoming president of Hotard & Associates, Mr. Hotard had more than twenty years of broad-based human resources experience with two Fortune 500 companies. He has held a variety of human resources leadership roles in the electric utility, shipbuilding, aerospace, and energy industries. Although he has broad-based experience, his corporate career focused on recruitment and selection.

He has been intimately involved in the recruitment and selection of leadership through the executive/board level. During his corporate career, he has successfully staffed large production, nuclear generation, finance/ accounting, information systems, engineering, and marketing organizations.

Since forming Hotard & Associates, Mr. Hotard has shaped the firm into a client-focused organization, partnering with its clients to build the leadership teams that are essential in today's hypercompetitive business environment.
