Mr. Joseph Ingrassia is currently managing member of Capstone Business Credit, LLC, a group of growth-facilitating entities that provide working capital solutions for small businesses involved in the international trade of non-perishable goods using a structured merchant finance model. In the role of managing member, Mr. Ingrassia serves as senior credit officer and is responsible for client due diligence, legal and closing documentation, transaction structuring, portfolio management, client relations, client accounting, collections, banking relations, transaction syndication and securitization and administrative staff management. Prior to joining Capstone in 1991, Mr. Ingrassia was president of Atlantic Credit Company, a firm providing residential and commercial mortgage financing for acquisitions and refinancing in Alabama and Tennessee and accounts receivable factoring and financing for government contractors and service businesses in Northern Alabama. Prior to that, Mr. Ingrassia was a management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand, NY where he advised senior and middle managers of various Fortune 500 firms about strategic planning issues. Mr. Ingrassia has contributed commentary to such media outlets as The Wall Street Journal, CFO.com, Commercial Lending Review, Trade Finance, Export Finance Review, INC Magazine, ABF Journal, Financial Executive magazine, World Trade Magazine, The Secured Lender and has appeared on the nationally syndicated business television show, FIRST BUSINESS. Mr. Ingrassia was awarded an MBA from Golden Gate University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Siena College. In addition, Mr. Ingrassia served in the U.S. Army. |
