Joseph Pescrille has been a director since 1996 and currently serves as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Pescrille retired during 1999. He was self-employed as an actuary/financial consultant from 1996 to 1999. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Pescrille served as the Chief Financial Officer of United Health Care of Mid Atlantic. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President and the Chief Actuary for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maryland, Inc. He is active in volunteering for the Baltimore County Department of Aging and is a member of the Board of Advisors for Play Centers Inc., a non-profit child care organization. |
