Joe began his career in Information Systems as an operator, and then moved into programming, systems design, and IT Manager of a higher education institution. His experience in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, education, and pre-sales for hardware vendors, from the ground up, provides a strong foundation to work with NuView's diverse client base.
Joe also grew a startup software company, designing financial systems, purchasing, and order entry. He quickly focused on sales and grew the company from 2 to 100 accounts across the US, Canada, UK and Australia.
Later, Joe moved to sales for a major international PR/HR software vendor for 12 years. While there, he was quickly promoted from Account Executive, to Area Manager, to National Sales Director. Joe was extremely successful ---making both President's and Chairman's level for his sales every year. His commitment to client satisfaction led to the designation "most referenceable territory worldwide".
Always looking for a challenge, Joe took the position of Sales Director for a Manufacturing software company, followed by an EMR (Electronic Medical Record) software company as Director of Sales & Marketing-- doubling their sales revenue.
Joe joined NuView Systems to help grow the company and "let the best kept secret" in HR out to the marketplace.
Education - BS University of Tennessee; Highest Honors; Major in Psychology.
Military - US Air Force. Married 37 years (Widowed) and has since re-married; 3 grown daughters; 7 grandchildren.
Hobbies include work, selling and managing sales teams.
