Joseph Ringwood is the Vice President, Sales and Operations, for SYSTECH International. With more than 25 years of sales, marketing and general management experience in business-to-business environments, Mr. Ringwood plays a key role in SYSTECH�s business operations. Mr. Ringwood is tasked with expanding SYSTECH�s market position as a provider of Packaging Execution Systems to the world�s leading pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Ringwood is responsible for directing SYSTECH�s strategies for growth both domestically and internationally and to expand customer, business and technology partner relationships. His current responsibilities include: oversight of domestic and international sales teams, development and execution of SYSTECH�s marketing, management of professional services team, new product development, strategic business development and management of Central Engineering. Mr. Ringwood has architected successful teams leading to outstanding performance in diverse industries including: packaging machinery, business process outsourcing, and professional office solutions. Mr. Ringwood holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. He is an Adjunct Professor in the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University in the areas of Sales Force Management, Business-to-Business Marketing and New Product Development. He has been recognized with multiple achievement awards for excellence in sales. When not at SYSTECH or teaching Mr. Ringwood, a busy father of three, can be found umpiring women�s lacrosse or pursing his love of scuba diving.
