Joseph brings more than 25 years of progressive marketing, sales, and consulting experience in the auto ID and process management industries. He has successfully developed and managed sales channels at the regional, national, and international level. Joseph is a champion of solution-based selling and drives the product development process based on real world, end-user requirements. Prior to joining Salamander, Joseph was Vice President, Sales, for Allison Systems, a Security Systems company and an early reseller of fireTRAX products. He co-founded the Real World Institute of Business Management and started Other Company, Inc. one of the Midwest's first Client/Server technology integration providers. That technology business was acquired by .exe, Inc where he later served as VP of Sales for its Manufacturing Intelligence business. Joseph honed his marketing and sales skills as Western Regional Sales Manager for Kofax Image Products (Irvine, CA), Director of Sales for RAF Technologies (Redmond, WA) and Western Regional Manager for Gauss Interprise, Inc, (Irvine, CA), a leader in web content management software. Joseph holds a BA degree in English from Jacksonville University, Florida. |
