Joe is originally from Norwich, New York. He moved to Pinellas County in 1973. Since moving to Florida Joe has co-founded and is the current president of Recovery in Christ Ministries Inc., which ministers to recovering alcoholics and drug addicts; Joe also serves on the board of New Life channel which ministers to inmates in local county jails.
Joe's commercial real estate sales, appraising & related experience include 20 years sales experience in General Commercial, Investment Residential Apartments, and Vacant Commercial Land, Staff Appraiser at Gordon Lennon & Associates in New Port Richey and 5 years Mortgage Brokerage lending experience at Palm State Mortgage Co.
Joe's many awards include Amerifirst Award of Excellence for Superior performance in Real Estate Industry, ERA award for Top Listings Sold by Sales Associate, ERA award for Top Listings Listed by Sales Associate, ERA award for Top Closed Real Sales by Sales Associate, and Klein & Heuchan Inc., Realtors award for Top Salesman June 2001.
Joe's commercial real estate educational courses include Commercial Real Estate Success Series at Clearwater Association of Realtors, Income Property Analysis at Meyers School of Real Estate, and Marshall and Swift Residential Cost Seminar.
Joe has successfully completed several appraisal education courses at Lincoln Graduate Center of which are included Principles of Real Estate Appraisal, Practices of Real Estate Appraisal, Farm & Land Appraisal, Commercial Investment Appraisal, Ethics and Standards, and Writing the Narrative Appraisal.
Joe is affiliated with several professional memberships including National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtor and the National Association of Master Appraisers
Joe has worked hard to accomplish his current licenses and designations. They include Master Senior Appraiser Designation, National Association of Master Appraisers Broker/Salesman license in the State of Florida and Previous Mortgage Solicitors license in the State of Floridada. |
