Joe joins us from GD where he was responsible for strategic planning, business development capture management, and proposal development for the Intelligence Mission Solutions Line of Business. Joe was an intelligence officer in the Air Force with 24 years experience across the intelligence community at the Strategic, Joint, and Tactical levels. Of note, Joe was directly responsible for setting up the intelligence infrastructure that now supports the USJFCOM Joint Training and Analysis and Simulation Center in Suffolk, VA. As a member of the Executive ACET, Inc. team, Joe is concentrating his efforts on the top six (6) intelligence agencies and DOD. He has already made significant steps towards putting BD processes in place, as well as developing new business in these areas. |
