With over 24 years of experience in business operations, software development, and technical training, Joseph is responsible for all product development and technical support along with sharing responsibility for company operations. His career includes key management positions with such companies as McKesson HBOC and Broadway & Seymour, and he has launched several successful technology support firms, including his most recent, Quo Vadis LLC. Joseph brings extensive knowledge in warehouse operations, inventory management, software development, and wireless networks. He is the author of multiple software products in use by business today, including an automated Library of Congress data input facilitator, a group file renaming utility, an Internet package tracking system, and an encryption algorithm for secure CD-ROM distribution. Joseph also served over eight years as a field medic, quartermaster officer, trainer, and paratrooper in the United States Army. |
