As director of operations at Systemation, Joe is responsible for the areas of shipping and receiving, IT and order fulfillment. His job, in a nutshell, is to make sure things run smoothly for staff, facilitators and clients. So many people to please...so little time! And yet Joe stays on top of things with amazing ease.
