Joseph Wallace has been the Company's Corporate Controller since June 2004 and Vice President of Finance since November 2004. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Wallace was Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of STM Wireless, Inc. a publicly held developer, manufacturer and marketer of satellite communication products and services. He left STM Wireless following its filing, in February 2003, for protection under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Wallace is a CPA and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, of Ireland. |
