Josephine Ko is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She has litigated two trials and has handled all aspects of pretrial litigation, including depositions, discovery, law and motion, mediations and settlement negotiations.
Josephine was a UC Regents Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and graduated with highest honors. She earned her law degree at Duke University. During law school, Josephine served as director of the Duke Innocence Project as well as an editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law. |
