Joshua J. Harris, became a director on November 30, 2005 and a director of Metals USA Holdings Corp. on May 9, 2005. Mr. Harris is a founding partner of Apollo since 1990. Prior to that time, Mr. Harris was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc.
