Joshua A. Krueger serves as an Assistant Vice President in the Chicago regional office of NorthMarq Capital, Inc. Prior to joining NorthMarq in May 2007, Mr. Krueger worked in note sales with real estate intermediary Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP. With Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP Mr. Krueger was directly involved in the underwriting and marketing of note portfolios valued at over $1 billion. Mr. Krueger�s professional expertise encompasses all commercial property types including apartment buildings, retail centers, industrial buildings, office buildings and medical office buildings.
Mr. Krueger also serves on the board of directors for the Chicagoland affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, a national breast cancer foundation. In his role with Susan G. Komen Mr. Krueger is responsible for strategic planning and new fundraising efforts as the affiliate aims to execute a recently implemented growth plan that will more than double the size of the Chicago branch in the next two years.
Mr. Krueger graduated with honors from Loyola University Chicago with majors in finance and international business and a minor in Italian. |
