Joshua J. Chernesky is an associate in the firm's corporate group and concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate and partnership law (including limited liability companies and non-profit organizations), commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois in 1998 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School in 2001.
