Joshua M. Zimmerman is a partner in Milbank's Hong Kong office and a member of the firm's Global Securities Group. Based in Hong Kong since 1997, he advises underwriters and issuers on a full range of international transactions, with a focus on high-yield debt, sovereign bond offerings and IPOs.
Josh, who was formerly in-house counsel at a leading international investment bank in Hong Kong, also has experience with securitizations, mergers, acquisitions, tender and exchange offers and investment banking compliance. His underwriter clients include ABN AMRO, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. Josh is described as an "outstanding high yield practitioner" in Chambers Asia 2008, where he is also cited for his experience on international debt and equity capital markets transactions generally.

Josh is a member of the New York Bar and is a registered foreign lawyer with the Law Society of Hong Kong. He received his J.D. from the University of Chicago and his A.B. from Princeton University, (magna cum laude). |
