Joshua is an associate in the Litigation Group, concentrating in commercial, intellectual property and entertainment litigation. In addition, Josh has extensive experience in white collar criminal matters and a variety of complex civil litigation, including securities fraud, copyright infringement and insurance matters.
Joshua is a 2001 cum laude graduate of George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review.
