Joshua Welsh focuses on motion practice and litigation support, including dispositive motions, discovery motions, motions in limine, and post-trial motions. He has researched and briefed issues in a number of fields, including professional liability, premises liability, transportation and aviation liability, medical malpractice, and pharmaceutical liability. He is also a certified county court mediator in the State of Florida.

Mr. Welsh is a member of The Florida Bar. During law school, he interned with the Honorable Chris Altenbernd of Florida�s Second District Court of Appeal. He also received the Stetson Law Review�s Ninth Annual Darby Award and Stetson�s Florida Constitutional Law Award. At the Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Welsh was awarded the Graham Fellowship, and at St. Bonaventure, he received the Senior Theology Award, the Latin Award, the Malcolm V.T. Wallace Award for Undergraduate in Latin, and the Boyd Litzinger Award for Excellence in English (honorable mention).
Personal
Mr. Welsh was born in St. Petersburg, Florida. He spent a portion of his childhood in Colombia, and as an adult, he lived and worked in Poland for several years. |
