Joshua Bachrach primarily practices in the area of ERISA litigation. He is the head of the firm�s section on ERISA, Life, Health & Disability law. Mr. Bachrach is national counsel for a number of major disability and life insurers and has spoken on related subjects in seminars. As national counsel, Mr. Bachrach defends his clients in litigation throughout the United States and has argued in nearly all of the U.S. Courts of Appeal.Mr. Bachrach received his undergraduate degree from Temple University. He graduated cum laude from Widener University School of law. Mr. Bachrach is an active member of the ABA TIPS Section where he is the current Editor-in-Chief of the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal, as well as a Vice Chair and Chair elect designee of the TIPS Health & Disability Insurance Law Committee. He is also a Vice Chair of the DRI Life, Health & Disability Committee.
