Joshua Kweller is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Los Angeles office. He is a member of the Trial Department.
Joshua has published numerous writings, including co-author of the Federal & California Environmental Law chapters of Thompson-West Business Deskbook and co-author of the Pretrial Motions chapter of Cultural Issues in Criminal Law.
Joshua has earned a Masters in Natural Resources, concentrating in Resource Ecology Management, during which time he co-authored Sanctuary Advisory Councils: A Study in Collaborative Resource Management.
