Joshua Mogin is a Shareholder and a member of the firm's Real Estate Finance Practice Group in Los Angeles, specializing in securitized lending. Joshua began his legal career at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft in New York representing conduit lenders in the origination of CMBS loans. Additionally, Joshua represented a national rating agency in connection with their rating of loans destined for securitization while working at Dechert, LLP. Today, Joshua continues to represent institutional lenders and opportunity funds in connection with both senior and mezzanine financings.
Represented various conduit lenders in the separate financings of more than 300 separate properties.
Joshua graduated from Stanford University in 1994 with B.A. in History and M.A. in Media Studies. He earned his J.D. at New York University School of Law in 1997.
