Josino de Almeida Fonseca, 67, holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Escola Polit�cnica da Pontifica Universidade Cat�lica do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA degree in Finance from IBMEC, in 2005. He has been the Chairman of the Fiscal Council and Auditing Committee of TIM Participa��es S.A. since May, 2005. He was a Fiscal Council member of Tele Nordeste Celular Participa��es S.A and Tele Celular Sul Participa��es S.A. He provided consulting services for Alcatel Telecomunica��es S/A between January 2001 and May 2002. He was a member of the Board of Directors of CIA. AIX de Participa��es and CIA. ACT de Participa��es between July 2001 to May 2002 and Tess S.A. from March 2000 to March 2001. From March 1999 to June 2000, he was Managing Partner of K_RM Systems Importa��o e Com�rico Ltda.
