Jowita was born in 1967, graduated in social psychology from the Jagiellonian University in Cracow in 1994. During her studies she started with the personnel consulting company Sedlak & Sedlak, where she was responsible for projects in executive search, search & selection and personnel audits.
In 1995, Jowita joined Signium International Wroclaw as a Psychologist Consultant leading search projects as well as assessment centres, personnel audits and psychological tests. She became Partner in 2002. |
