Joyce L. Tong is an associate in the Government Contracts Department of our Washington, D.C. office. She concentrates her practice on government contracts litigation and counseling. Ms. Tong advises clients on pre-award contract matters and provides guidance on export control, standards of conduct and ethics, general regulatory compliance, and restrictions on foreign goods matters. In the event of a protest, Ms. Tong represents clients in pre- and post- award protests before the Government Accountability Office and at the Court of Federal Claims. Prior to law school, Ms. Tong was a researcher with Forrester Research.
